G-Cloud 12 Supplier

We are pleased to announce that Altiatech's application to G-Cloud 12 was successful, resulting in ten Cloud Software services now available on the GOV.UK Digital Marketplace

The G-Cloud Framework was introduced eight years ago by the UK government and is now in its 12th iteration. Altiatech has been on the Framework for the last three years, and we've refreshed our services to bring them in line with our clients' growing needs.

What is the G-Cloud Framework?

The G-Cloud Framework is a series of agreements between the UK government and suppliers who provide cloud-based services.

G-Cloud aims to provide a simple and streamlined process for public sector organisations looking to procure cloud technology and specialist services. When procuring a new service, concerns over time and money is usually at the top of the list. However, Crown Commercial Services has done the hard work for you in evaluating suppliers and deciding on their eligibility. Meaning public sector organisations can buy quick and cost-effective services without needing to run a full tender or award a competition in the process. With G-Cloud, public sector bodies are no longer tied to long contracts, enabling you to move and refresh your technology stack quickly.

You can learn about G-Cloud and how public sector organisations benefit here

Who can buy via G-Cloud?

All public sector bodies are eligible to buy via G-Cloud, including central governments, councils, NHS organisations, emergency services, MOD customers and education services.

How does it work?

Because the UK Government has made the procurement process much simpler and faster for public sector buyers, you can now search, select and directly award contracts to the most suitable supplier via the Digital Marketplace.

It really couldn't be simpler. If you want to know more about the buying process, check our G-Cloud buyer's guide
