1. Our commitment
Altiatech is committed to high standards of ethical conduct and integrity in its relationships with customers, employees, suppliers and partners. This commitment includes taking proportionate steps to identify and address the risk of modern slavery.
This statement is made in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and describes Altiatech’s approach as at 27 January 2026.
2. Scope and expectations
This policy applies to Altiatech employees and managers and extends to organisations and individuals with whom Altiatech conducts business.
Altiatech expects those in its supply chain to act consistently with its values and to maintain suitable policies and processes designed to prevent slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.
3. Risk assessment
Altiatech conducts business with organisations in the United Kingdom and internationally. Based on the nature of its technology and professional services activities, Altiatech currently considers its direct operational risk of modern slavery to be low.
Low risk does not mean no risk. Altiatech remains committed to considering modern slavery risk within its own operations and throughout relevant parts of its supply chain.
4. Measures and controls
Measures supporting this policy include:
- Right-to-work checks: appropriate documentation is obtained and checked for job applicants in accordance with legal requirements.
- Supplier onboarding: new suppliers are expected to provide a valid modern slavery statement where applicable as part of the onboarding process.
- Risk assessment: the board is accountable for ensuring proportionate due diligence and risk assessment before relevant supplier and customer engagements.
- Escalation: concerns relating to modern slavery should be raised promptly with a line manager or a senior manager so they can be investigated and addressed.
5. Responsibility and training
Senior managers are responsible for supply-chain verification relating to existing and prospective suppliers. Team leaders, heads of department, senior managers and the board receive training on modern slavery and its implications for Altiatech.
Altiatech will continue to review its controls and expectations in light of changes to its operations, suppliers and risk profile.
