Altiatech's Covid-19 Response

Monsur Ali, Founder and CEO, Altiatech • Mar 16, 2020

A Message from Founder and CEO Monsur Ali.

As the Coronavirus continues to spread across the globe, businesses and individuals are trying to work out how to protect themselves from the pandemic. The advice from Public Health England for employers is to limit the spread of infection with preventative measures such as hand washing, surface sanitisation and isolation.

One of the most significant disruptions for people is the transition to remote working as part of their isolation. Thankfully, Altiatech has championed remote working since its establishment in 2013. One of our founding principles was adopting a flexible work style and we’ve managed to support many customers this way too.

In ordinary times, it allows our staff to enjoy freedom over their location and continued connectivity. And in uncertain times, provides for a safer, yet accessible environment to operate from.

Our team are highly experienced in working remotely and from an infrastructure perspective, we are committed to ensuring that the same level of performance, innovation, customer support, and partnership will be maintained regardless of how long we are impacted by the consequences of this virus.

We are committed to keeping an open line of communication with you so that you’re informed of any relevant changes. In the meantime, rest assured we are taking all necessary precautions to conduct and maintain business-as-usual and we will share with you any relevant developments along the way.

As you support your workforce and customers, please consider that more businesses are introducing remote working solutions to help minimise the spread of the virus.

As a result, Altiatech has actively been looking at ways to help organisations with limited resources such as the NHS, charities and local governments to help quickly and efficiently implement a remote working solution. As part of our commitment, we are working with major vendors to establish a rapid model that will enable key workers to continue supporting their community while working from a virtual environment.

At Altiatech, we care deeply about ensuring that our employees, customers and partners are safe. This does not change during times of uncertainty, it only becomes a stronger commitment.
