Enabled by the rise of new technology, remote work has dramatically changed our work culture. Some are more familiar with the term “Telecommuting”. But whatever you choose to call it, organisations are adjusting their operations to serve the growing demands of a mobile workforce.
It’s predicted that by the end of this year, 50% of the UK workforce will adopt some form of remote working. And with 90% of UK employees saying they’d like to work remotely, at least part-time, the demand has never been higher.
In this post, we explore how the benefits of a remote working policy can be applied to the public sector. To cover recent events, examples of use cases have also been included.
